Youth Cafe has been on a bit of a hiatus, but don’t think the magazine ever stopped being worked on. I want to welcome everyone to the new (and hopefully improved) Youth Cafe. I’m so excited to share the next journey with everyone and interview the new and catch up with the old while continuing to share the stories of the artistic youth not only in the southern California area, but around the world.

Over the past 6 months, we have collected over 40 submissions filled with various talents and arts from all over. I am so proud to be a voice for the artists that feel unspoken and share their incredible passion.

However, there will be a couple new things applied to the magazine. For one, Youth Cafe isn’t run just by myself, Cara, its ran by myself and three other wonderful Journalists. Dylan, Sara, Karina and I are all educated Journalist and Public Relation majors in college ready to take on the Journalism world on our own.

Second, we are no longer doing just interviews. Youth Cafe will review pop-ups, events, places in L.A. and include catagories such as fashion, beauty, events, interviews, music, playlists, video interviews, and more. This platform will be inclusive to all art from all places and (hopefully) act as a community base for blossoming artists.

Lastly, there WILL be more print magazines…but more information on that is coming!

I want to thank the new readers and the old friends who are returning. I am so beyond excited to start this new and improved journey with everyone and bring back the art of Journalism into the art community.
